Just as the spring season is a time for new growth, spring track practice is the best time to refresh your training.  Coach Carmen offers a four-week session that reviews the components of efficient walking form in conjunction with the strength and stretch moves to support that movement.  Sessions start May 1st.  The class is limited to 10.  Cost:  $60.  Drop-in fee $20.
