Event Description: Coach Carmen is hosting a Predict-A-Race where the winner is the one who most accurately predicts their finish time. Choose between a 1 mile and a 5km distance. The start line is on the Fanno Creek Trail at the 92nd Street turnaround. The race begins at 9 a.m. but you’ll need to get your bib number beforehand, so meet up at the Vista Brook Park off SW 88th Avenue between 8:20 am and 8:55 am.
This is a small race with friendly competition.
You’ll also need to remove your watch or tape over the face before the start and declare your race distance and projected time. The three walkers who finish closest to their predicted time in each distance will be the winners. We’ll have a drawing for product prizes, including a pair of Reshod Walking Shoes.
